FREE 14 DAYS RETURNS FOR ORDERS FROM THE USA

We offer FREE 14 days returns and exchanges for orders placed from the USA, which means that you have the ability to try on the product(s) at home, and if you don't like them you can send them back to us within 14 days - starting from the day that you received your order. We will send you a PREPAID return label and you will be given a full refund*

*Subject to the following conditions:

• The product(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt
• The product(s) must be unworn and returned in their original condition
• The product(s) must be returned in their entirety with the tag still attached
• The product(s) must not be damaged
• SALE items are eligible for 14 days returns for a full refund
• SALE items are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. (You will need to pay for shipping it back to us)

If you paid for express shipping for your order, the refund will only cover the price of the item, and not the shipping cost

USA:

We offer a FREE 14 days return policy in the USA. Please send an email to customercare@siennaalexander.com specifying USA RETURN in the subject and your order number. Once the return has been approved, we will send you a PREPAID return label via email. Make sure you include a copy of the Order Confirmation in the package. We will refund you using the same payment method you selected when you made your purchase. We will let you know as soon as we have made the full refund.

THE REST OF THE WORLD: 

Items to be returned at your own cost within 14 days starting from the day when you received your order.  Please send an email to customercare@siennaalexander.com specifying INTERNATIONAL RETURN and your order number in the subject for the return instructions. Make sure you include a copy of the Order Confirmation in the package. Keep the tracking number for you record. We will refund you using the same payment method you selected when you made your purchase within 14 days of receiving the package. We will let you know as soon as we have made the full refund.
