DUTIES AND TAXES:

You don’t need to pay customs charges to receive a package in the US or Canada due to the customs agreement between our countries. The price you pay at check out is the final price/ no extra charges.

MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN OR LOST BY THE COURIER, WHAT DO I DO?

If your package is lost by the courier during delivery, we take a full responsibility for that. It will be either reshipped to you or the full amount will be refunded as per your request. Please contact customercare@siennaalexander.com as soon as possible. 

We are not reliable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully delivered - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact customercare@siennaalexander.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.
